No matter how healthy your child is, you will probably have to deal with sniffles, stomach upsets, and rashes at some point. In addition, unlike previous generations, today’s children are increasingly exposed to toxins, bacteria, viruses, and germs and not to mention much greater pressure to perform at school, all which contribute to increased episodes of illness and disease.
Quite often medical interventions are not a parent’s preferred and only choice of treatment as they do not actively strengthen and correct a child’s immune system. It is the strength of a child’s immunity that determines illness, not the strength of the germs.
Equally, parents are becoming more informed and are taking more proactive measures to strengthen their child’s immune system, so that they are less susceptible to colds, flu or any other illness. |
