The Meditation improves mental resilience and regulates the emotions. By becoming aware of one’s own mental conditioning, one can then recognize similar patterns in others. This is the beginning of empathy which in turn is the basis of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). The success of our relationships and our personal effectiveness depends on Emotional Intelligence.
